In 2005 Slater Smith & Associates were appointed as Planning Supervisors (the predecessor of today’s CDM Co-ordinator) for a multi £M hospital extension project for the States of Guernsey. At the time, the CDM Regulations did not technically apply to Guernsey but the client recognised the benefits of best practice and adopted the management approach of CDM.

 

2010-Present- Fawley Court Henley on Thames (CDM Coordinators)

Sir Christopher Wren designed Grade 1 listed building- restoration programme.

New Waitrose Store Lichfield – One of 10 new stores and 30 Extensions for Waitrose PLC where Slater Smith & Associates were appointed as CDMC.

Project 6

Hatch Warren Junior School. A complete overhaul of an existing school with new extension.  A leaking roof, which had beset the building for many years was also completely replaced. This project was undertaken whilst school activities continued on site in temproary class rooms.

We were pleased to support a major North West of England client through a successful RoSPA application and delighted to achieve a Gold Standard Award.
